Dance for 5 minutes a day!

 There is no doubt that dancing is a visceral reaction to vibrations that move us in ways we typically don't move.  It relieves stress, anxiety, although some people would say it causes anxiety, and it can bring people together in the most intimate way.  We use dance to celebrate life, again in many ways.

In this episode, I ad-lib in one take a true story.  I let the music drive my words like I let the music drive my fantasy so many years ago.
