MY NOTES - THANKSGIVING 2020
What am I grateful for scratch:
The gift of life, and to be able to get up in the morning, and face the unknown.
The diversity of my family, all of us with our own challenges that we can learn from one and other.
Your time. The time you spend listening to me is precious and I am grateful that you are giving it to me.
Big pharma, because without the drugs and vaccines they are creating to save lives, well, I wouldn’t be here today, so as much as I disagree with their practices, the result saves lives and for that I am grateful.
The lessons that I am learning from the pandemic, as those
lessons will carry me, my family, friends, and all of humanity, as
the world suffers in unimaginable ways in places around the world
from this virus, and yet Americans are divided by who wears a mask
and who doesn’t when millions wished to have a mask to wear.
I am grateful for the virus to show us how to live as better humans on a planet we all share.
I am grateful to 78 million people who voted to save our world, become unified, and work together, to them I will forever be grateful as their vote changed the future not only for me, but for my children and their children, and for this I am grateful.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone, go with grace.
