We use Alexa Flash Briefings (smart speaker or app) for a variety of tasks. She tells us about the weather and news and allows us to add an item to our amazon.com shopping list and cart easily. As personal brands, product and services use Flash Briefings to reach their audience, then why do so many have old content or worse yet - no new content.
Here's the deal. The idea of it being in a news feed is
that it is fresh (new) content at least once a week,
better yet - daily. So why set-up a flash briefing to only
disappoint your "customer" who has chosen you (opted
in-ear) to be in their news every day?
It bugs me.
